Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have the right to return or exchange your product within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used sunscreen products.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@idamate.eu with your order details. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

In case of a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
